ONLINE ORDERING

Q: How do I place an order?

Ordering from Direct Packaging is easy: First, locate the product(s) you want to order by browsing the product categories or using the seach engine. To purchase a product, go to the main product description page and click on the "Buy" link. Many products offer various purchase options for a single product (i.e. multiple box dimensions and specifications). Click the "Buy" link next to the exact product that meets your needs. Repeat this process until you are done shopping.

To purchase your order, return to the Shopping Cart page and click "Checkout." You will first need to set up an eAccount (or log into your existing eAccount if you already have one established). A simple form needs to be filled out with name, billing, shipping and credit card information. Finally, you confirm your order and it is sent to Direct Packaging for processing. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation/reciept by email.

Q: Is my credit card information secure?

Direct Packaging uses the highest level of commerical encryption technology available to ensure your credit card transactions are secure.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?

Direct Packaging accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.


eACCOUNTS

Q: What is an eAccount?

An eAccount enables us to save your purchasing information (name, addressess, payment methods) which saves you time when ordering. This will also give you access to our periodic newsletters and special notifications. This information is only accessible by you and will not be shared with outside parties for any reason. However, if you are still uncomfortable storing your credit card information in your eAccount, this information can be left out. You must then enter it each time you make a purchase.


SHIPPING/RETURNS

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

Direct Packaging uses standard UPS shipping for most orders. Some local or oversized shipments will be shipped via a local independent carrier. During the checkout process, you are given several shipping methods to choose from.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

Stock items will usually be shipped within a day of receipt of the order. Out-of-stock, custom, or large orders may take longer. You will be notified of any excessive delays that may take place with your order.


TAX

Q: Do you charge sales tax on purchases?

Only orders from Illinois are charged a sales tax (6.75%). All other states are tax-free.
